		FACULTY


	Mr. Javed H. Zuberi		Senior Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has work for 10 years with Ernst and Young Chartered Accountants for there Middle East Offices. He also served for 6 years with Xenel Industries Ltd. Jeddah, a Saudi conglomerate as group internal auditor. Mr. Zuberi was first Director Technical Services of ICAP. He was responsible for carrying out technical research, attending queries from members on matter relating to Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Corporate Laws and preparing initial drafts of technical releases issued by ICAP. He also served as Executive Secretary of South Asian Federation of Accountant (SAFA). Since 1998 he is full time in teaching. He is also the author of various books on Accounting & Auditing.

	Prof. Saeed Ahmed Siddiqui		Began career as lecturer in 1967 after passing M.A (Economics) and retired in grade 20 as Professor and Principal of Government Premier College No.2. Currently working as Vice Principal in SBS. Gold Medalist from ICMAP. Taught Economics in ICMAP, Institute of Bankers, Staff College MCB & Allama Iqbal Open University. He has written 47 books on economics and other related commerce subjects. He has teaching experience of 39 years.

	Prof. Mudassir Kamal		A life time experience of 38 years in teaching Economics Mr. Mudassir Kamal is an asset in the field of teaching Economics. He discharged his duties dedicatedly as Principal Govt. Premier College, during 2002-2007. He has been associated with Commerce Department, University of Karachi and MPA, Allama Iqbal Open University, ICAP, ICMAP, CIBE, BCCI (FAST), MCB Staff College and HEC as visiting faculty and is currently assosciated with SBS.

	Mr. Muhammad Rafiq		He has done his ACMA in 1984. Working with SBS as a faculty member since 1995 for subjects like Financial Accounting. Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.

	Prof. Shamshad Ahmed		Prof. Shamshad Ahmed has done MA in English from Punjab University and Diploma in Phonatics from London University. He has been teaching since 1961 in well known colleges of Karachi & Registered Accounting Education Tutors of ICAP. He has been associated with SBS since 1997. He is author of eight Fiction Books.

	Mrs. Aasma Zaidi		Head of English Department. Teaching Functional English, Business Communication, Presentation Skills and Managing People for last seven years. Apart from M.A. She has done Business English from PIMS and management and interpersonal skills courses from England. She has developed text books on Functional English and Business Communication for CA students. Gives full day workshop on personal development. Loves to write on different subjects of human behavior. Wrote articles and helped to conduct different interviews for some magazines.

	Mr. Enver Ferzan		Mr. Enver Ferzan is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Fellow member of The Institute of Public Accountants of Pakistan and holds degree of Master in Business Administration. He has over 22 years experience of working in Pakistan and abroad with local and multinational companies at middle and senior management positions. He is attached with education for more than ten years and has been paper setter and examiner for a professional body. He has to date conducted more than 150 courses for BBA and MBA students at various renowned institutes. Presently he is conducting classes for CA, ACCA, CAT, PIPFA and MBA students as visiting faculty member at various institutes. He is conducting classes at SBS since 2000 for CA, ACCA and CAT students.

	Mr. Muhammad Ovais		Working since 1989 in the field of IT, has served in different positions in the industry. Has been involved in teaching IT and Management subjects since 1989 in various educational institutions, including Karachi University, Iqra University, Greenwich University, ICAP, ICMAP. Had conducted seminars and workshops also delivered courses abroad conducted courses under World Bank / IMF restructuring program in Pakistan

	Mr. Mustafa Saleemi		A practicing Lawyer. Currently teaching Mercantile Law, Company Law and Business Law to students of CA, ACCA & CAT.

	Mrs. Sara Shahid		Holds Masters degree in Economics. Has been in teaching profession since last five years. Economics and Statistics are her strong holds. She loves her profession and is dedicated to her work. She is involved in the development of Study Text for Economics and Finance course of CA.

	Mr. Ejaz Hussain		Has done BSc Hons, MSc in Applied Mathematics from Karachi University. Joined teaching profession in 1998 and served many prestigious institutions. He is teaching in SBS since last five years.

	Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Korai		An MBA in Finance, always in search of innovative ideas for teaching English. A passionate teacher since 2003 and has helped many students to have a good command over English language. He is now attached with SBS as Full Time Faculty for Functional English and pays extra attention on listening & speaking English.

	Mr. Javed Imran		Mr. Javed Imran has done his MBA. He is a CIMA Finalist and has clear his CA (PE-1) from ICAP, apart from these qualifications he has also earned his Masters Degree in Economics from Karachi University. Mr. Javed Imran is currently teaching Financial Accounting at SBS. He is a dedicated teacher teaching fulltime at SBS.

	Mr. Ghias-ul-Hassan		He has been in teaching profession since 11 years. He has done Masters in Finance. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers of Pakistan. Presently he is doing ACCA Final. He has been teaching Financial Accounting and Management Accounting to ACCA/CAT, BBA and MBA students since last 11 years.

	Mr. Farhan Saeed		Mr. Farhan Saeed has done MA in Economics. He is an Associate member of IMM, PIPFA and ICMAP. He has a past teaching experience of 12 years in CA, ACCA and CAT. Currently teaching at SBS.

	Ms. Unum Mirza		ACCA Finalist having command on Financial Accounting. Intends to make teaching as her career.

	Mr. Zafar Raza		Holds Master Degree in Commerce, believes that teaching is his Passion not Profession. He has worked in different reputable organizations in the city as permanent and visiting teacher. 11 years of experience in teaching at different levels, augmented his personality and teaching skills. He is taking CA, ACCA & CAT at SBS.

	Ms. Areena Haider		An ACCA Finalist, chose to become part of SBS team after experiencing the high standards and quality education provided by the institute. Has exceptional grades in O' Level and A' Level to her credit besides clearing her ACCA papers in first attempt so far. A friendly and well-motivated person, she has become popular amongst students in a short span of time due to her dissemination of knowledge using innovative teaching methods. Being a firm believer of hard work, she motivates students to achieve their best and realize their true potential by working on each individual student so that they can achieve phenomenal results.

	Ms. Asma Allauddin		She has done Master in Commerce (M.Com). Has been teaching since last two years to HSC and B.Com students. Currently teaching Financial Accounting to CAT students. She loves to teach and is dedicated to her profession.

	Mr. Rashid Khalani		Mr. Rashid Khalani, is an MBA in Finances & IT. He is associated with SBS as a visiting faculty member since June 2001. Teaching courses in ACCA and CAT related to Human Resources, Management and Information Technology. Financial analyst by profession and having more than 3 years of professional experience, Mr. Rashid Khalani is working with The Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) in Finance-Business Development section.

	Mr. Shiraz Arshad		Mr. Shiraz Arshad has over 8 years of teaching experience. He has done BS from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology. He has CISA certification from ISACA ITGI USA and presently he is doing MBA from CBM. He is currently working as IT Manager with an US Based Multinational IT Organization. He has gained in depth knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft tools during his association with Multinational Companies.

	Mr. Muhammad Hunain Sikander		Mr. Hunain is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has also done Bachelors in Law (LL.B) securing third position from University of Karachi. Mr. Muhammad Hunain is attached with SBS to teach Auditing, Company Law & Mercantile Law to students of CA, ACCA & CAT. Mr. Hunain bridges the gap between the student life and professional life which is an important part of our training at SBS.

	Mr. Jahanzeb Khan		Mr. Jehanzeb Khan is Masters in English Literature and Linguistics with over five years of teaching experience. He loves teaching and always try to make his class easy and educational so that students should learn and enjoy. He firmly beilives on motivation of students.

	Mr. Shahan Arif		Mr. Shahan Arif is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-UK & Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants-UK. He is also CIA qualified from The Institute of Internal Auditor-USA. He started his career in Accountancy Profession in the year 2001 and has worked for the Pakistan State Oil Company and English Biscuit Manufacturers Private Limited. Currently working for Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan Limited. Apart from his diversified work experience , he has been conducting financial training programmes and has a four years experience in delivering courses relating to Financial and Management Accounting. Introduction to Business Management, Advanced Financial & Management Reporting and Mathematics to Masters and Professional levels of education. He joined SBS in June 2008 as a course facilitator for ACCA & CAT students conducting various courses particularly Audit & Taxation.
